Workshop Operations Manager

Establishing a strong workshop presence in Northampton, KPI People is seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate work effectively to technicians to maximize productivity
- Monitor staff and workshop performance to maintain high standards
- Evaluate quality of work completed by technicians
- Implement and enforce HSE policies within the workshop environment
Successful candidates will possess at least 3 years of experience as a Workshop Controller with a Franchised Dealership and hold a Full UK Driving Licence. The role comes with a competitive basic salary of £38,000 and uncapped On Target Earnings of up to £48,000, along with a great benefits package.
Working Hours and EnvironmentThe position requires Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday mornings on a rotational basis.
