Experienced Payroll Administrator Job Opportunity

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term hybrid position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our small, hard-working payroll team.

The primary objective of this role is to administer payrolls across multiple clients, including pensions payrolls. You will ensure accurate information and support are given for customer enquiries, and all statutory reporting is completed in a timely manner in line with legislative deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

You will take responsibility for the full end-to-end processing of one or more of our partner payrolls. Tasks will range from the inputting of data, the calculation and input of parental leave, through to running payroll processes, the production of exception reporting, conducting agreed checks, and running BACS files, payslip files and RTI processes.

Previous experience in a high-volume payroll setting is essential along with proven customer service skills. A payroll-related qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.

Estimated Salary:

An estimated salary for this role is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
