About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Support Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance work and personal life in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to external customers, engineering staff, and internal functions within the business, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of queries.
  2. Manage spare parts orders, create quotations, place orders, and liaise with customers to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Process warranty claims efficiently, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Offer administrative support to Service Account Managers and Site Managers, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in a similar role, handling high volumes of orders and customer inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Familiarity with financial processes and procedures, enabling effective management of resources and assets.
  3. Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and excellent problem-solving abilities to drive results-oriented performance.
