Estimated Salary: £43,500 per annum (based on industry standards)
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Stirling Warrington Careers in Northampton. As a Maintenance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an industrial maintenance engineer. A Level 3 qualification in a maintenance practice is also desirable. If you have a passion for maintaining complex equipment and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities
- Ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve goals
