Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our organisation and drive positive change.

About the Role

  1. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational business partnering coaching and guidance to the company.
  2. Lead and provide HR support for key change projects and projects in the business area.
  3. Implement effective HR processes and coordinate activities within the business unit to achieve high performance.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management to ensure alignment on employee engagement initiatives and organisational structures.
  5. Support management with complex cases related to performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
  6. Oversee the annual appraisal process and contribute to the annual salary review.
  7. Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll and travel policy.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Significant knowledge of HR generalist processes and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 per annum (DOE), plus excellent benefits.
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract based in Brixworth, Northampton.
