A leading company based in Rainham, Essex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This full-time, temporary position requires an individual who can provide administrative support to the Customer Service Supply Chain and Logistics Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scanning and online filing of orders
  • Shredding scanned documents
  • Supporting the team in chasing export documentation
  • Checking ASN receipts for orders dispatched

The successful candidate will work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and provide general administrative assistance. A strong understanding of administrative processes and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £13 per hour.
