Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at PRS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service delivery, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day service delivery of our properties, including security, cleaning, and reception services. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, promoting a customer-centric approach and working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a customer-focused service, engaging with operational teams and occupiers to ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with lease obligations.
  • To supervise the day-to-day service delivery of contracted services, including security, cleaning, window cleaning, and reception, to ensure high standards and smooth service delivery.
  • To plan and chair contractor performance reviews and tenant 1-1 meetings.
  • To oversee the Service Desk facility, ensuring timely and effective close of reported matters.
  • To lead by example, defining and promoting an operational vision that benefits occupiers, visitors, and users of the property.
  • To build proactive relationships and understand tenant business needs.
  • To plan and deliver the annual fire drill strategy, coordinating all stakeholders' needs.
  • To support Company's Activated and Accelerate strategies at property level.
  • To lead and manage small works, tracking scope, cost, and program.
  • To deputise for the Operations Manager in their absence.
  • To supervise and motivate operations team to achieve exceptional results.
  • To support growth and development of the Company.
  • To be reasonably available outside normal working hours to cover emergency situations.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
