About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Commercial Manager to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing our equipment channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, current and future trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with our retail partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain our equipment selling tools and deliver training to our sales teams.
  • Assess the viability of our chilled equipment and provide forward forecasts for new equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market, current and future trends, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
