Senior Sales Professional for Commercial Glazing Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Whiteoak Associates, specializing in commercial glazing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling aluminium windows, doors & curtain walling into Construction Contractors, Engineering Consultants and Local Authorities. This role involves working from home and the company HQ near Uxbridge 1 day a week to sell the full range of Glazing & Curtain Wall solutions to principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities across the South of England (including London) and the Midlands.
Successful projects typically involve large-scale Office, Commercial and Public Building New Builds & Refurbishments with order values ranging from £50k to £4 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenues within existing clients while identifying, targeting & winning new customers.
This sales role involves selling at senior levels such as Construction Director, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Procurement Director, Senior Project Buyer & Estimator. We require a consultative sales approach, managed sales territory, and a proven track record of selling fenestration products into principal & main contractors.
The salary package includes a basic between £50k-£55k (dependent upon experience), Hybrid Company Car, Annual Bonus up to £20k (based on performance), 22 days holiday + BH, Pension scheme, Health cash plan and excellent long term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling aluminium windows, doors & curtain walling solutions to key decision-makers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across the South of England and the Midlands
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client revenue
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and company goals
