About the Role

Suntory is seeking a talented Commercial Equipment Channel Strategy Manager to join our team. As our Equipment Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing our equipment channel strategy. You will work closely with our sales function and retail partners to deliver our vision and create a compelling business strategy for the next 5 years.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Commercial Equipment Channel Strategy to deliver on key opportunities.
  • Work with the National Accounts & Field Sales team to build and execute within the strategy.
  • Create and deliver course correction plans to ensure goal delivery.
  • Provide 6-month forward forecasts for new equipment and champion our Win in Cold Strategy.
  • Define and manage the viability of equipment ROI criteria.
  • Drive solutions to turn around poor-performing chiller solutions.
