Equipment Channel Strategy Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing our equipment channel strategy. This involves working closely with our sales function and retail partners to drive our vision forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our channel activity and industry equipment development.
  • Analyze market data and channel priorities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement a commercial equipment channel strategy to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with our National Accounts & Field Sales team to build and execute within the strategy.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as needed to ensure goal delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on equipment channel strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive solutions to turn around poor-performing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • FMCG experience and direct experience working with retail partners and/or chilled equipment is desirable.
