We are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join our HR Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our compensation strategy and leading various reward projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy, leading on a variety of Reward projects, driving the successful completion of Reward projects, and undertaking data analysis to present complex data to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BAU compensation activities
  • Lead various reward projects
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage two Reward Analysts
  • Undertake data analysis
  • Present complex data to stakeholders
