Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist with CIPD level 3 or above to administer and implement HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with BS7858 and ISO standards, employment law, and provide guidance to line managers.
This role involves regular updates of policies, supporting the recruitment process and exits, and handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources operations or a related field
- CIPD level 3 or above
- Excellent data entry skills
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
