About the Role

We are searching for an exceptional Payroll and HR Support Specialist to join our team at Blair West.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting our business with its HR and payroll needs, including:

  • Preparing and processing payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment activities and ensuring effective communication with employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of new starter packs and maintaining employee training records.
  • Coordinating with external parties to resolve any payroll or HR-related issues.

The salary range for this position is £26,500 - £32,000 per year, based on experience.
