The key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll for employees on a monthly basis
  • Reconciling payroll with Sage 50 accounting software
  • Maintaining confidential HR records and updating staff files
  • Administering rewards programs for long-serving employees
  • Updating HMRC documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Developing new starter packs and onboarding processes
  • Providing support with recruitment and hiring efforts
  • Assisting with the administration of company policies and procedures

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Payroll experience with Sage 50, or willingness to learn
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
