Greetings from Gold Group Limited We're looking for a highly skilled HR Administration Specialist to manage benefits activities effectively. This role involves processing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Administering employee benefits such as life insurance, private medical insurance, dental insurance, critical illness cover, and other allowances.
  • Collaborating with the Team Leader to validate payroll calculations and ensure alignment with company policies and legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to benefits administration.

Key Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:

  • A 24-day holiday allowance.
  • A variable annual bonus based on performance (5-15%).
  • A pension plan.

Work-Life Balance

This role allows for a flexible work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote home-based work.
