The key responsibilities include:
- Administering employee benefits such as life insurance, private medical insurance, dental insurance, critical illness cover, and other allowances.
- Collaborating with the Team Leader to validate payroll calculations and ensure alignment with company policies and legislation.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to benefits administration.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits
You can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:
- A 24-day holiday allowance.
- A variable annual bonus based on performance (5-15%).

Work-Life Balance
This role allows for a flexible work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote home-based work.
