XPS Group is a leading consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant Newcastle office with hybrid working.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team, including activity and client performances, and take action to ensure targets are met.
- Handle complex pensions queries, scrutinising the work of less experienced team members.
- Update relevant pension administration databases and systems.
- Perform manual and automated benefits calculations.
- Identify training needs across the team and assist with developing and mentoring team members.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
- Previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
- Experience of current pensions legislation and framework.
- IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent.
- Keen to develop personal career development and skillsets.
