Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our Third Party Team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for supporting Third Parties through the claims process, providing excellent customer service and negotiating with customers to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Third Parties through the claims process, providing clear and concise information and guidance
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve excellent outcomes and resolve claims efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of service
