Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our Third Party Team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for supporting Third Parties through the claims process, providing excellent customer service and negotiating with customers to achieve excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Third Parties through the claims process, providing clear and concise information and guidance
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Negotiate with customers to achieve excellent outcomes and resolve claims efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of service
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and claims processes
