As the Senior Change Manager overseeing the Personal Lines (PL) Motor Claims transformation initiatives, you will concentrate on enhancing performance within the Customer Operations team. Your focus will be on optimizing both new and existing technologies, as well as implementing process and product enhancements across PL Motor Claims, effectively eliminating waste and addressing failure demand.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency by:
- Enhancing digital capabilities and promoting process improvements.
- Encouraging digital adoption to simplify experiences for customers and colleagues.
- Automating operational processes and ensuring business readiness.
As a member of the Motor Claims Senior Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the governance, facilitation, and tracking of all Non-Funded changes affecting Personal Lines Motor claims. You will also share best practices and collaborate with senior Change colleagues across Claims.
Reporting to the PL Motor Claims Director, you will demonstrate exceptional business readiness, supporting service delivery continuity, adoption, embedding, quality, and ultimately enhancing employee engagement. Your ability to navigate complexity will enable you to remove obstacles and provide innovative solutions that positively impact customer value. Additionally, you will ensure effective and consistent project/program communications and reporting to both business and IT stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A robust and proven background in Change Management is essential.
- Knowledge of Personal Lines and/or Motor claims is advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
- A successful track record of delivering results in a complex business environment.
- Ability to influence at a senior level, along with relationship management and consulting skills.
