Job Title: Motor Claims Handler

We are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Handler to join our team at Claims Solutions. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving motor claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate motor claims to determine liability and confirm indemnity
  • Request evidence and documentation to support claims
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party companies
  • Manage claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineers, brokers, and policyholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential fraud risks
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of credit hire laws and regulations
