About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Claims Solutions. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in resolving liability and managing claims to a resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to investigate claims and gather evidence.
  • Request and review relevant documentation to determine proximate cause, liability, and indemnity.
  • Nominate or instruct solicitors when required to ensure efficient settlement strategies.
  • Identify potential fraud concerns and manage accordingly.
  • Correspond with parties via telephone, email, or letter to deliver professional customer service.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently to achieve monthly targets and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and patient with a strong work ethic.
