Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Verisk. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving liability and credit hire claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate the circumstances surrounding accidents to determine proximate cause, liability, and confirm indemnity.
  • Request relevant documentation to enable an efficient settlement strategy and investigate claimed periods and rates to ensure they are reasonable and not exaggerated.
  • Nominate or instruct solicitors when required.
  • Identify any possible fraud concerns and manage where applicable.
  • Correspond with all relevant parties to deliver professional standards of customer service.
  • Manage your caseload efficiently to achieve monthly targets and maintain a high standard of quality.
