Company Overview: Pertemps TM is seeking dedicated Claims Call Handlers to enhance our Motor Insurance division. These roles are designed for individuals with a background in customer service and insurance support.
Position Details:
These are temporary positions offering a competitive pay rate of £13.14 per hour. The working schedule is from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Initially, the roles will be office-based, transitioning to a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
The Claims Call Handlers will:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound calls.
2. Assist clients with straightforward inquiries related to various insurance topics.
Candidate Requirements:
Successful applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication abilities and a compassionate approach.
- The capability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients.
Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
