Lead Recovery Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to take on a lead role in the delivery of comprehensive recovery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing individual care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RMN to work in a positive and supportive environment, providing skilled recovery practice to the highest standard. As part of our team, you will have the autonomy to drive improvements and genuinely advocate for the people we support.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave, comprehensive induction with ongoing training, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
- Experience in providing individual and group clinical/therapy work
- A working knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Experience of assessing complex health and wellbeing needs and developing individual care plans
