Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a lead role in the delivery of comprehensive and effective recovery services to individuals in need. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to join our team at Cypress Hospital, where we provide rehabilitation services for people in mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans
  • Promoting and improving the quality of service provided
  • Managing the unit in the absence of the manager/clinical lead
  • Providing individual and group clinical/therapy work

The successful candidate must have NMC registration, experience in providing individual and group clinical/therapy work, and a working knowledge of the Mental Health Act. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
