About the Position
We are excited to announce the availability of a Community Mental Health Team Leader position in Tameside. As a seasoned mental health professional, you will lead our Community Mental Health Teams in delivering high-quality social care services to individuals with moderate to severe mental health issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination of care delivery. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of individual packages of care & treatment for service users within our secondary mental health service.
Requirements
- Qualified social worker with significant experience in adult social care and mental health practice.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a dynamic team.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is between £29,000 - £43,693 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a range of leave options and flexible working arrangements.
