Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Assessment and Brief Intervention Practitioner to join our Teign Core Adult Community Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, promoting comprehensive care for the people of South Devon.
The successful candidate will work closely with other primary care network-based roles to address the potential range of biopsychosocial needs of patients with mental health problems.
- Assessment and management of clinical risk.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
- Mental health assessment skills.
- Care planning.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
