We are seeking a driven Senior Care Coordinator to support the growth of our Mental Health Team in Adult Social Care.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of specialist care models for adults with mental illness, ensuring person-centred and legally compliant practices.

You will support leadership, develop specialist services, manage teams effectively, improve practice, ensure safeguarding, collaborate, and maintain CQC compliance.

To succeed, you must have a Level 6 social work degree or equivalent qualification, strong background in Adult Social Care, and direct experience working with adults with mental illness.

A proven track record of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate teams are essential for this role.

The estimated salary is £43,000 - £49,000 per annum, considering industry standards and location.
