Pharmacy Technician in Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive safe and effective medication management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering medicine optimisation services and possess strong clinical skills. You will work closely with our Medicines Optimisation team to develop and deliver clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of our community patients.

Main Responsibilities- Ensure community patients are prioritised appropriately and high-risk patients are identified to ensure the patient receives the best outcome around safe and effective use of medicines while in our service.
- Work with the local Medicines Optimisation (MO) team in developing and delivering the clinical pharmacy service to ensure safe, therapeutic, and cost-effective use of medication in community teams.
**Estimated Salary: £37,338 per annum**
