Clinical Pharmacy Role

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our Community Mental Health team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and medicines optimisation to patients in our community mental health service.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify individuals prescribed high-risk medicines and complete required physical health and side-effect monitoring. Additionally, you will screen physical health monitoring in line with national guidance and review currently prescribed medicines following transitions of care.

Person Specification
  • NVQ level 3 and BTEC in pharmaceutical science or equivalent
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Evidence of revalidation
  • MO knowledge including appropriate policies and legislation

**Salary: £37,338 per annum**
