About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated mental health professional to join our Community Mental Health Teams in Tameside. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will work alongside our existing team members to provide high-quality social care to individuals with moderate to severe mental health issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments, funding applications, COPDOLs, 21A challenges, and other statutory responsibilities. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of individual packages of care & treatment for service users within our secondary mental health service.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified social worker with experience in adult social care and mental health practice.
  • Current driving licence or supported driver with use of vehicle.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between £29,000 - £43,693 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced DBS disclosure procedures.
