We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Social Work professional to work as a Mental Health Social Worker in Devon. In this role, you will be part of our experienced social care teams and contribute to making a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will have completed the Assessed First Year in Social Work practice, if applicable, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. They will also be able to evidence a comprehensive working knowledge of social care delivery and be up-to-date with policy and practice development.
This position offers flexible working opportunities, including part-time hours, flexitime, and homeworking. The salary for this role is £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years service, and relocation support of up to £10,000 may be available subject to qualifying conditions.
