**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Lead Nurse to join our team at Cypress Hospital. As a key member of our recovery service team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and effective recovery services to individuals in mental health recovery.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays), comprehensive induction with ongoing training and opportunities, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
  • To promote and improve quality of service provided.
  • To manage the unit in the absence of the manager/clinical lead.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration
  • Experience in providing individual and group clinical/therapy work
  • A working knowledge of the Mental Health Act
