This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team and make a meaningful difference to people's lives.

As the Operational Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services Team, ensuring that residents of Tameside receive a high-quality service.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met, and develop processes to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.

">

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and providing excellent customer service, as well as a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Services Team in delivering a high-quality service to residents of Tameside">
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling and workload allocation">
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes">
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals">
  • Provide advice and information on a range of enquiries, including housing benefit and council tax">

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, based on SCP 17-22.

Working Hours:

">

The working hours for this role are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location:

The base location for this role is Tameside One, Ashton-under-Lyne.
