We offer a competitive salary ranging from £49,764 to £52,805 per annum, with a professional bar at £50,788, allowing for career growth and development.

The Role:

As a Team Manager within our Cared for Children Service, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of social workers who work closely with children and families. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support and challenge to your team members, inspiring them to deliver outstanding results for Tameside children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
