About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Metocean Team Lead to join our expanding team at Partrac. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the improvement of QHSE systems, survey operations, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading as party chief on project mobilisation and servicing of seabed deployed oceanographic equipment.
  • Coaching metocean engineers to deliver safe and successful site operations.
  • Preparing project documentation in line with legislation, industry best practice, client requirements, and high standards.
Requirements:
  • Educated to level 5 or above in science, engineering, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant technical or engineering role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
