Production Team Lead

Acorn by Synergie is a leading partner of The GM Coachwork Group, supporting their expansion efforts. As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes timely production and open communication with the Operations Manager.
- Proven experience within the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of production workflows and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to embed a cohesive team culture that promotes growth and development.
- Able to complete performance reviews and develop skills training programs for team members.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the remote location.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, inclusive of a performance-related bonus structure.
This is a full-time position, requiring a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 16:30.
