Manufacturing Team Lead

Acorn by Synergie and The GM Coachwork Group have partnered to recruit a Production Manager to support their continued expansion.
The role involves leading a team of skilled individuals, encouraging a collaborative working environment, and delivering on-time production. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight timescales.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and leading the team, working closely with the Operations Manager, and maintaining a high level of production quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, excellent IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
