Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team at Tameside Community Safety Partnership.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will contribute to ensuring timely care and permanence planning for children, achieving this through professional and reflective supervision, supporting staff learning and development, and ensuring the production of high-quality work to improve outcomes for our Cared for Children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of children and families
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for children and families

Competitive Salary: £44,711-£48,710 per annum
