Children's Residential Home Manager

About the Role
As a Residential Manager Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans for each child, addressing their emotional, social, and healthcare needs. You will work closely with our team to build and manage a strong workforce, ensuring continuity of care for the children.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.
* Hire and manage a skilled team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with families, professionals, and external stakeholders to support children's welfare and ensure seamless communication.
* Maintain high care standards in accordance with regulations and internal policies.
* Ensure a safe environment for the children in your care by addressing complaints and concerns promptly.

Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per year, plus a £5,000 annual quality and performance bonus.
