We require a highly organized and compassionate full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly animal hospital team in the North West.

About the Job:
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and warmly welcome clients
  • Process client transactions, including referrals and payments
  • Provide outstanding patient care and comfort in the waiting area
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high infection control standards
  • Support the promotion of preventative health care services
  • Participate in educational training sessions, including bereavement awareness
  • Utilize online resources to enhance professional growth and development
Work Schedule and Remuneration:

This role involves working 37 hours per week over 4 days, with occasional Saturday morning shifts. We offer a competitive estimated salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.

About Our Friendly Animal Hospital:

We are a first opinion practice serving the North West region, with a varied caseload and a strong focus on providing excellent patient care. Our team includes four experienced vet surgeons, five full-time nurses, two VCA professionals, four Client Care Advisors, and a dedicated Practice Manager.
