Job Title: Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Thera South West.

As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

The support you provide will be varied and tailored to each individual's needs, ranging from helping someone develop new skills to providing personal and emotional support.

This is a rewarding role that requires patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: £12.33 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals in their daily lives, including helping with personal care and household tasks
  • Empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their lives and achieve their personal goals
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals as needed

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or qualifications required - free training provided
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
