The Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at our rehabilitation hospital in Newton Abbott. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to individuals, enabling them to achieve their personal recovery outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services, adhering to policies and procedures.
