Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Newton Abbot, South West England. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to adults with mental health needs, enabling them to live independently and confidently.
About the Role:
- Delivering clinical and social care to adults with mental health needs
- Assisting clients with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Managing challenging behaviours and responding to crises
- Ensuring clients receive their medication safely and on time
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or equivalent
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The right to work in the UK
- Prior experience working with mental health clients (an advantage)
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
