We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, providing care and support to a Gentleman in his 40s who lives in his supported living home.
Key Responsibilities- Empower Independence: Support the client in maintaining his independence by assisting with daily activities.
- Outdoor Adventures: Accompany the client on walks and visits to local parks, promoting exploration and engagement with the community.
- Personal Care: Provide comfort and support with all aspects of personal care, ensuring the client's well-being and dignity.
- Training and Support: Dimensions offers ongoing training and support to enhance your skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for making a positive impact in someone's life.
- A FULL UK Driving license.
- Experience working in social care or a related field.
