Job Description

As a Residential Support Worker with The Cambian Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people. This includes:

  • Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our young people
  • Assisting with daily routines, such as personal care and medication management
  • Providing educational and vocational activities to promote learning and development
  • Supporting our young people in achieving their goals and aspirations
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide individualised support
  • A DBS check and references covering the past two years
