Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Step One Charity in Newton Abbott. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and effective recovery support to individuals with mental health concerns and/or Autism Spectrum Condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide practice which embodies recovery principles, qualities, values and standards.
  • To support individuals to lead and define their recovery and achieve their personal recovery outcomes.
  • To demonstrate the personal qualities, knowledge and skills required within a recovery support role.
  • To communicate in an open and sensitive manner at all times.
