About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our ServiceNow product team, you will be responsible for the operational integrity, maintenance, and development of our ServiceNow enterprise instance.

Key Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: You will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including HR and SPM.
  • Technical Leadership: You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring that all ServiceNow development projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Software Development: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing ServiceNow software solutions, using Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: You will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Technical Support: You will provide technical support to the team and clients, resolving issues and providing guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
  • ServiceNow Certifications: You will hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
  • ITIL Knowledge: You will have a good understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow.
  • Agile Methodologies: You will have experience working with Agile methodologies and be able to apply them to ServiceNow development projects.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
