About the Role

FDM Group, a leading business and technology consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

This is a remote opportunity with a requirement to be in our Leeds office at least once a month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.
  • Enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Playbooks, Decision Trees, and Cross Scoping.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders about ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Automation Engine - Integration Hub, ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow Custom Applications, and ServiceNow ITSM - Incident Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are desirable.
