About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our HRSD ServiceNow platform strategy and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Assist the product team in setting strategy, vision, and roadmap for HRSD, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical considerations, ensuring that the product backlog is updated regularly and technical tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage demands, requirements, and feedback for ServiceNow, ensuring that the product meets the needs of stakeholders and users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Own continuous improvement for HRSD ServiceNow, exploring new features of the platform and implementing changes to improve product quality and user experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally educated to a degree level in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.).
  • Certification: Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow Certified.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Product Owner or similar role is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR Operating models and process design to optimize utilization of HRSD ServiceNow module, ability to work in a technological environment while working with business users, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
